product must be received within 14 days of purchase date. unworn, unwashed & undamaged
email info to lake30@lake30.com in the subject field: 'exchange or return with your order # '
please include your name, address, phone, item being returned/exchanged and reason why

customer is responsible for lost/damaged items and for shipping costs
recommend getting a tracking # in case of lost mail
refunds will be refunded to the original form of payment less the shipping
